Lance Loy Concrete Contruction installs concrete flatwork with the American Concrete Institute Guidelines that are recoginized as the industry standard. Lance Loy Concrete Contruction crews closely follow the recommeneded practices set forth by the Amerian Concrete Institute for the installation of quality flatwork.
In addition to using low slump Lance Loy Concrete Contruction concrete on a mechanically compacted sub-grade, placing expansion joint materials against all hard surfaces. Lance Loy Concrete Contruction also
reinforces all concrete with rebar and fiber. The colored and/or stamped work also recieves two coats of quality, ultra violet resistant sealer.
Warranty
Lance Loy Concrete Contruction warrants that within one year, any crack in excess of 1/8" resulting from poor wrokmanship or use of sub-standard materials shall be repaired or replaced. Lance Loy Concrete Contruction makes no claim that hairline cracks might not develop between joints, but insures that every precaution is taken to minimize their occurrence by using approved methods and quality materials.
